Bee to Bee is Nedda and James Chadwick, plus a small team. We're married, both from Orange County, California, and based in Nelson, New Zealand. We work entirely with independent, fee-only RIAs in the United States.
We keep the team small on purpose. You work directly with us — there's no account manager to be handed to
Meet Nedda
Nedda runs the creative side.
She has over a decade in video, but the through-line of her career is the harder half of this job: working out what an organisation should publish, for whom, and in what order. She did that at Skan.ai, an enterprise software company whose customers are large US banks and insurers, at Optimal Workshop, and at UC Irvine. Wellesley College before that.
She's also the one on camera on our own channel. So if you found us through a video, you've met Nedda and not James. That's deliberate — she's better on camera, he's better on a call.
Meet James
James runs strategy and operations — the first call, the engagement, the compliance workflow with your CCO, and the monthly conversation.
Before Bee to Bee he spent four years doing independent marketing work with startups, universities and non-profits across California, New York and Wellington. He's also a registered nurse, with experience at a large medical device company.
Both of those leave the same mark: start from the evidence, then build the strategy.
